Unit price perVintage 9ct Oval-Shaped Amethyst Ring with Irresistible Deep Purple & Blue Colour (1972)
£275.00
Unit price perBeautiful shade of amethyst alert!
The stone, set in a charming vintage setting, displays a wonderfully deep purple colour with flashes of blue. It’s so striking that it is likely a “Siberian” amethyst — a highly prized variety valued for its intense, luxurious colour.
Interesting fact: Historically, “Siberian amethyst” referred to stones mined in the Ural Mountains in Russia. Today the term is often used as a trade name for amethysts of similar rich colour, even if they originate from places such as Zambia or Brazil. Siberian amethyst from Brazil, anyone?
Material: Tested as 9ct Gold, oval faceted amethyst (possibly Siberian amethyst)
Size: N–O (please refer to the last photo)
Condition: Great vintage condition (1972). No chips; may show light surface scratches consistent with age. Please refer to the photos for full details.

Can rubies smell like red roses? If you’re not sure, it might be time to find out for yourself!
I love spring, I love flowers, and I love rings with beautiful stones — this one has it all and a little bit extra. The rubies display a beautiful rich colour, the diamond in the centre of the flower cluster adds a lovely sparkle, and there are even more diamonds set along both shoulders of the ring. Diamonds and more diamonds? Yes, please!
I’ve also just listed another ruby flower ring that is similar to this one — but much bigger and even more eye-catching. These two rings work exceptionally well when worn together, either on the same hand or one on each hand. If you’re curious, do have a look at the other ruby flower ring — you won’t regret it, promise!
Material: Yellow metal, tested as 14ct Yellow Gold, round-cut rubies (approx. 0.5–0.6 ct total), round brilliant-cut centre diamond, single-cut diamonds on the shoulders

Like stars shining in the dark night sky!
It may sound poetic, but I can’t help myself — this ring is truly magical. Large, sparkly, and absolutely divine.
At first glance, the cluster of diamonds and sapphires reminded me of a flower. But the more I looked at it, the more my mind went straight to a clear night sky — the kind where you can see every star shining brightly.
A beautiful, eye-catching piece that feels both elegant and a little bit dreamy.
Material: 9ct Yellow Gold, Diamonds, Sapphires
Size: K–L
Condition: Great condition. No visible imperfections noticed. Please refer to photos for full details.
Spring is in the air — can you smell the rubies?
Romantic and delicate, yet large and impressive. I know flowers for spring may not be the most groundbreaking idea anymore… but make them ruby and diamond flowers (or gemstone flowers in general!) and we can all agree that’s something pretty amazing. And everlasting.
This is the kind of piece that will never go out of fashion — and never go out of season. Win-win!
Material: 14ct Gold (stamped 14K), oval-cut rubies, single-cut diamonds
Size: N–O
Weight: 4 g; rubies approx. 1.0–1.2 ct total, diamonds approx. 0.5–0.6 ct total

Petite, misshapen, irresistibly cute
This ring has a misshapen bend that needs straightening — but trust us, it’s absolutely worth it. Petite, delicate, and beautifully detailed, it’s perfect for stacking or pairing with other pieces.
We especially adore it combined with this ring — its opposite in every way: larger, perfectly shaped, with the gemstones flowing in reverse order (sapphires first). Together, they make the most divine pairing.
